Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original luxury packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
