UK orders are typically delivered within 1-2 working days via DPD. International orders are shipped via DHL Express and usually arrive within 3-5 working days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Are customs duties included for international orders?
For customers in the EU, USA, and select other regions, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout so there are no hidden fees upon delivery.
How should I care for my heavyweight jersey products?
To preserve the structure and wash of our heavyweight cotton, we recommend washing inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging to dry. Avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinkage.
